Tele Sales Executive – Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with existing and new clients regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Convince customers and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain customer database and update records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management.
- Prepare sales reports and call records.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
