Guru Kirpa Jewellers is one of Kapurthala's trusted jewellery brands with a strong reputation for quality, transparency, and customer service. We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our Field Sales Team and help expand our customer base.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial areas to introduce Guru Kirpa Jewellers and its services.
- Promote jewellery saving schemes, offers, and special campaigns.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Explain scheme benefits and answer customer queries.
- Collect customer information and schedule showroom visits when required.
- Distribute promotional materials and marketing literature.
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions and leads generated.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, direct sales, insurance, telecom, banking, or FMCG sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Ability to travel within Kapurthala and nearby areas.
- Basic smartphone usage and WhatsApp knowledge required.
