We're Hiring: Operations Team Lead | Fix Health
Fix Health operates at the intersection of AI and Healthcare, delivering AI-assisted physiotherapy services across India. We've worked with the likes of Accenture, Apollo, and Care Insurance, share investors with Snapdeal, Ola, Khatabook, and OfBusiness, and have a team across 20+ cities with talent from IITs, BITS Pilani, and top medical colleges. We've delivered 2L+ physiotherapy sessions across 30+ countries with a team of 80+ physiotherapists.
We're now looking for an Operations Team Lead to join us at our Nagpur office.
Location: Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers)
Work From Office, Schedule: 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday (Sunday off)
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM & 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
CTC: ₹4.8 LPA – ₹8 LPA
Experience: 3+ years overall, with at least 1 year in operations team management or a leadership role
Must have: Own laptop
