Hiring for Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all electrical works at construction sites.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, lighting, earthing, cabling, and power distribution systems.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and contractor teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure electrical works comply with safety standards, statutory regulations, and approved drawings.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress, material consumption, and quality of electrical installations.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- 5–10 years in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, AutoCAD, electrical drawings, and MEP coordination.
- Familiarity with IS standards, electrical safety practices, and quality procedures.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Preferred
- Experience in township, villa, apartment, commercial, or IT park projects is an added advantage. The role aligns with responsibilities commonly expected for electrical engineers in real estate and MEP construction projects.
