Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strong communication skills.
- Analyze candidate profiles and market them effectively.
- Maintain consistency in submissions and follow-ups.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Work closely with prime vendors and build strong relationships.
- Handle end-to-end bench sales activities.
- Negotiate rates and finalize contracts with vendors.
- Maintain long-term client and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
