Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated New Business Development Intern who will play a key role in identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, and initiating outreach for Comerzio. This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, D2C ecosystems, and B2B outreach strategies.
Education Background - Engineering Undergraduate or graduate with Software knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential D2C brands, startups, and businesses that can benefit from the Commerzio platform
- Understand prospective customers’ business models, pain points, and digital commerce needs
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
- Execute structured follow-ups and maintain communication logs
- Assist in lead qualification and handover to the core sales/business team
- Create and post LinkedIn content related to D2C trends, Commerzio features, and use cases
- Support basic content creation for outreach campaigns (emails, posts, messaging templates)
- Track outreach activity and results using simple reports or CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to research and identify potential customers independently
- Basic understanding or interest in D2C, eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking
- Good command of email communication and follow-up etiquette
- Basic content creation skills (posts, captions, short write-ups)
- Self-driven, organised, and result-oriented
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Interest in startups, technology platforms, or digital commerce

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Mode: In office
- Stipend: 15,0000 (including fixed and Variable)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
