Key Responsibilities
- Installation, Testing & Commissioning
- Install, test, commission, and maintain ELV systems at client sites.
- Ensure all systems are functioning as per design specifications and client requirements.
- Service & Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.
- Attend service calls and rectify faults within the agreed response time.
- Conduct periodic inspections and health checks of installed systems.
- Troubleshooting & Fault Rectification
- Diagnose technical issues and identify root causes of system failures.
- Carry out repairs and replacement of defective components.
- Ensure minimum downtime of client systems.

- Prepare service reports after every site visit.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, faults, and rectifications.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly service updates as required.
- Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and system issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Material & Tool Management
- Identify and request spare parts and materials required for service activities.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and test equipment.
- Safety Compliance
- Follow company safety policies and site-specific EHS requirements.
- Use appropriate PPE and adhere to client safety procedures.
- Travel Requirements
- Attend scheduled service visits and emergency breakdown calls.
- Travel to project and client locations as assigned by the company.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP-based systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple service assignments.
Accountability
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the successful maintenance, troubleshooting, rectification, reporting, and client coordination of all assigned ELV systems at scheduled sites while ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
