This summer, while everyone else is busy working at a company that'll forget their name, you'll be running outreach, owning a market, and closing events from day one. By week eight, you'll stand in front of a panel and present a conversion log with your name on it.
That's what separates the people who talk about ambition from the ones who've actually acted on it.
THE 8 WEEKS
Week 1 - Learn to read a room before you enter it.
Outreach, sales and marketing fundamentals.
- How outreach actually works and why most people get it wrong.
- Then you present your take on your geography - your campus, your city, your state - as a market - Who's there, where they gather, where the opportunity is.
Week 2 - Build your Profile
Make your profile count.
- Your LinkedIn goes from placeholder to presence.
- Personal narrative, professional positioning, and content that shows how you think.
Week 3 - Pick up the phone
Turn outreach into opportunity.
LinkedIn. WhatsApp. Email. Calls.
- You build the script, you make the contact.
- You feel what it's like when someone says yes and when someone doesn't.
Week 4 - Close The Deal
The first no is rarely the final answer.
- Learn how to think on your feet, defend your position, and move conversations forward.
- Turn interest into commitment through live debates, deal simulations, and real-world scenarios.
Week 5 - Build Systems
Scale needs structure.
- CRM, tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Learn how to organise opportunities, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Build systems that keep momentum alive and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Week 6 -The Community Playbook
Learn what makes people stay.
- Community building, activations, partnerships, and audience engagement.
- Understand how successful communities are built, nurtured, and scaled.
- Design creative experiences, hangouts, challenges, and activations that bring people together and keep them engaged.
Week 7 - The Boardroom Challenge
A real business problem. No obvious answer.
- Step into a live business simulation and tackle a real-world challenge.
- Defend your thinking, make decisions under pressure, and respond to tough questions from the panel.
- Expect surprise twists, changing circumstances, and curveballs that force you to adapt in real time.
Week 8 - Demo Day:
Show what you've built.
- You present the full run - Events closed. Leads generated. What worked, what didn't, what you'd change.
HOW TO GET IN
20 spots. Rigorous selection. Two ways in.
- Win the case competition, and you get direct entry to the interview stage - the fast track for people who'd rather show than apply.
- Go through the screening, assignment and interview process.
Either way, you have to want it.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
