Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision & Operations: Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and conduct morning briefings. Step in to assist with room cleaning or laundry duties during peak hours or staff shortages.
- Quality & Inspection: Perform daily audits of guest rooms, public lounges, hallways, and restrooms to verify compliance with hygiene and brand standards.
- Training & Onboarding: Induct new staff members, deliver safety/chemical usage training (e.g., COSHH protocols), and provide continuous coaching.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Track stocks of cleaning products, linens, and amenities. Submit reorders and report facility damage or required maintenance repairs.
- Guest Relations: Address guest feedback or special requests promptly to maintain high service ratings.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
