- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive retail and commercial leasing and sales growth.
- Identify, target, and acquire new retail brands, commercial clients, developers, landlords, and investors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for leasing terms, rentals, commercial agreements, and successfully close high-value deals.
- Oversee the end-to-end deal cycle including client onboarding, site visits, proposals, documentation, and closures.
- Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, competitor activities, and upcoming retail/commercial developments.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, MIS reports, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
- Guide, mentor, and support Business Development Executives to achieve team targets.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
