JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Executive – Payroll is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The role also includes maintaining payroll records, handling employee compensation queries, and supporting HR operations.
●Duties & Responsibilities: - Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain payroll records including salaries, deductions, taxes, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Update payroll data for new hires, resignations, attendance, and salary revisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for smooth payroll processing.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Assist during audits by providing payroll documentation and reports.
- Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Required Skills & Abilities: - Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
●Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of payroll or HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong payroll knowledge may also apply.
●Physical Requirements: - Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Comfortable handling office-based HR and payroll operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
