Jr. Fitter – Mechanical Maintenance (Urgent Hiring)
Duty Hours: 8 Hours (Rotational Shift) A,B,C
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 Year
Salary: 12k - 13k NTH (with PF + ESI)

We are hiring a Jr. Fitter to support our plant maintenance operations. The candidate must have hands-on exposure in fitting work, gas cutting, welding support and mechanical maintenance activities inside the plant.

Required Skills & Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 year experience as Fitter / Mechanical Helper / Maintenance Assistant
- Physically fit and comfortable working inside plant environment
- Qualification: ITI / Vocational / Technical background preferred
- Must be comfortable with A, B, C rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day fitting and assembly work in maintenance department
- Assist in mechanical breakdown & preventive maintenance
- Align, install, dismantle and repair mechanical parts & components
- Maintain tools, equipment and workplace safety standards
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisors during shutdown and breakdown work
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month (In-Hand, Based on Skill & Experience)
