About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to develop engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will create impactful graphics, edit promotional videos, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality creative assets that support marketing, branding, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As our Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will:
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit engaging Reels, YouTube and Tiktok Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, and multimedia content.
- Develop creative visuals that align with the Company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Operations, and Management teams to deliver creative assets on time.
- Create graphics and videos to support digital marketing, SEO content, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Ensure all creative content follows brand guidelines and maintains high design quality.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets for future use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and creative tools.
- Review all creative deliverables for quality, accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency before publication.
- Assist in strengthening the Company's brand identity across multiple business units.
- Perform other creative and design-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with marketing teams is preferred.
