About the Role
Voyra Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Representative to expand its B2B partner network. The role involves onboarding agencies onto Voyra’s platform by demonstrating how they can book curated travel experiences through our system. This is a highly target-driven, field-oriented role requiring strong industry knowledge and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, approach, and onboard agencies to register on Voyra’s platform
2. Visit agencies in assigned regions and pitch Voyra’s offerings and booking system
3. Demonstrate platform usage and explain benefits
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency partners
5. Drive B2B sales and ensure consistent partner activation and usage
6. Achieve onboarding and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
7. Gather market insights, competitor strategies, and customer feedback
8. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, training, and issue resolution
9. Ensure continuous engagement with onboarded partners to drive repeat business
Requirements
1. 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales and travel industry
2. Prior experience in onboarding partners, distributors, or agencies is a must
3. Strong understanding of travel platforms and agency booking systems
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
5. Ability to handle field pressure and meet targets
6. Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
7. Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
