Role Overview
We are building a structured, technology-driven Family Health Command System focused on preventive care, medical coordination, and emergency preparedness.
We are seeking a proactive MBBS doctor who can function as:
- Primary family physician
- Clinical data reviewer
- Care coordinator with specialists
- Preventive health monitor
- Medical intelligence contributor
- This is not a high-volume OPD role.
- This is a structured, responsible, long-term medical oversight position.
Core Responsibilities
- Primary Clinical Oversight
- Act as first-level physician for routine medical concerns
- Review prescriptions, reports, and discharge summaries
- Monitor chronic conditions (diabetes, cardiac, kidney, etc.)
- Maintain continuity of care
- Prescription & Report Review
- Interpret uploaded lab reports and prescriptions
- Validate AI-generated summaries
- Identify abnormal trends requiring escalation
- Maintain updated medical notes
- Structured Care Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists
- Prepare concise case summaries for senior doctors
- Track advised tests and follow-ups
- Ensure medication compliance and treatment adherence
- Preventive & Monitoring Care
- Review vitals and lab trends
- Flag early warning signs
- Maintain preventive screening calendar
- Recommend appropriate specialist consultation (non-diagnostic guidance)
- Emergency Readiness Support
- Be available for urgent telephonic guidance
- Assist in hospital coordination if needed
- Ensure emergency medical profile is updated
- Research & Knowledge Orientation
- Stay updated with evidence-based medicine
- Contribute to structured medical workflows
- Help refine medical data structuring processes
Technology Collaboration
- Work within a structured health management platform
- Validate and refine AI-generated report simplifications
- Help improve clinical documentation standards
- Scope Boundaries (Important)
This role:
- Does NOT replace specialist care
- Does NOT involve high-volume hospital shifts
- Does NOT involve invasive procedures unless separately agreed
- This is a preventive, oversight, and coordination-focused role.
