Selected Candidate's Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally through WhatsApp, calls, and social media
- Ensure smooth customer experience and maintain hospitality standards
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and delivery teams for issue resolution
- Track repeat customers, subscriptions, and customer feedback
- Assist in customer retention and engagement activities
- Prepare reports and maintain data using Excel and Google Sheets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
