Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage IT product initiatives end-to-end. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to manage deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Create and manage detailed project plans
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of all project phases
- Identify risks and proactively manage them
B. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients
- Gather and clarify requirements from clients
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates regularly
- Ensure alignment between business and technical teams
C. Team Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
- Ensure smooth collaboration and clear task ownership
- Facilitate daily/weekly syncs and project reviews
- Resolve blockers and dependencies
D. Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Monitor deliverables and validate outputs before client delivery
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively
E. Process & Performance Management
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Track KPIs like delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction
- Continuously improve project execution processes
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
