1. Make outbound calls to customers/leads
2. Receive and answer incoming calls
3. Explain products/services and offers
4. Follow up with customers
5. Generate leads and schedule appointments
6. Maintain customer details and call records
7. Handle customer questions and complaints
8. Coordinate with the sales/operations team
9. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
10. Send WhatsApp messages, emails, or quotations when required
