We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Home Appliance Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business objectives. The Store Manager will lead the team to create a positive shopping experience while maximizing store profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Promote home appliances, accessories, warranties, and value-added services.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Store Operations
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Foster teamwork and a customer-focused culture.
Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock transfers.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts.
- Minimize inventory loss and product damage.
Financial Management
- Manage cash handling, billing, and banking procedures.
- Control operating expenses and maximize profitability.
- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Previous supervisory or management experience required.
