Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media
efforts across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness,
driving high-quality traffic, and strengthening our digital presence through consistent and
engaging organic strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and business goals
- Drive organic traffic to website/landing pages through content-led initiatives
- Build and grow online communities, ensuring active engagement and interaction
- Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) for campaign execution
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management (organic focus)
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithms
- Proven experience in driving organic growth and engagement
- Excellent content planning and storytelling skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the EdTech industry
- Familiarity with online courses, certifications, and LMS platforms
- Understanding of learner behavior and education-focused content strategies
- Good on-camera presence and strong presentation skills are a plus
