Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Household Products segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with distributors and key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Manage and strengthen relationships with wholsealor distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
- 12–15 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in household or FMCG products
- Strong network in the Mumbai market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
