1. Marketplace Ownership (Across all e‑commerce and quick commerce platforms)
- End-to-end management of product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, and assortment
- Seamless onboarding of new products and categories
- Own and optimize the entire marketplace P&L
2. Growth and Performance Management
- Drive revenue and profitability targets across all platforms
- Build monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and track performance against KPIs
- Identify growth levers such as pricing, selection, deals, keywords, ads, and merchandising
3. Advertising and Visibility
- Manage Amazon Ads (PPC) and Flipkart Ads end-to-end
- Optimize ACOS/ROAS, keyword strategy, and campaign structure
- Plan brand visibility through events, promotions, and marketplace marketing programs
4. Inventory and Operations Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain healthy stock levels
- Avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations through demand planning
- Manage order flow, returns, and operational SLAs
5. Content and Listings Optimization
- Ensure high-quality product titles, bullets, images, A+ content, and brand store
- Regularly update listings to improve discoverability and conversion
6. Account Management and Compliance
- Liaise with Amazon and Flipkart category teams for growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, documentation, and brand protection
- Handle escalations including customer issues, product suppression, and account health matters
7. Data and Insights
- Analyze marketplace data such as search terms, competition pricing, conversions, and trends
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales, margins, and customer experience
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience managing e‑commerce marketplaces (Amazon and Flipkart mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards such as Seller Central and Ads Consoles
- Deep analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven decision-making
- Ability to lead campaigns, promotions, and sales events (BBD, Prime Day, End of Season Sale)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and bias for action
