Area of operation: Sealing Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:-
Ø To ensure that all the sealing and packing machines are running in OK condition.
Ø If there is any break down or maintenance, the machines are repaired at the earliest and start to deliver sealing / packing production as per the priority.
Ø To communicate to the plant in-charge during any problem/decision taking regarding change in the programme.
Ø To ensure Good manufacturing practice.
Ø To fill machine failure report if failure lasts for 8 hrs or more.
Ø To fill all the reports in time and to give to concerned person.
Ø To fill indent properly by giving all details required for indenting the spares required to start the machine.
Ø To comply with the requirements of all standers like amfori BSCI & SEDEX, BRC, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 14001 and maintain the required records & documents.
o To show zero tolerance against corruption, extortion, embezzlement or bribery.
o To ensure healthy and safe working environment
o Early assessment of risk and take all necessary measures to eliminate or reduce it.
o To implement adequate measures to prevent or minimize adverse effects on the community, natural resources and the overall environment.
Secondary Responsibilities:-
Ø To maintain and provide daily machine report to HOD.
Ø To be aware about concerned JIMS format & procedures.
Ø To implement & to ensure that implementation of 5S in plant area.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
