- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioners
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs related to compressors, motors, electrical controls, thermostats, and refrigerant systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and energy conservation practices.
- Support maintenance of electrical, plumbing, DG sets, pumps, and other engineering systems as required.
- Attend guest complaints related to air conditioning and engineering issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of required materials.
- Assist in renovation, project, and facility improvement activities.
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hotels, hospitals, malls, or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance situations.
- Preferred Candidates: Applicants from West Bengal, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
