We are looking for An FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Sales Executive ( Male/Female) drives revenue by building distributor networks, managing retail accounts, mainly Supermarket and ensuring product availability on shelves. Their primary goals are to maximize market share, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities :
Distributor & Retail Management: Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers to ensure seamless product supply, handle stock orders, and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers to expand the company's geographical reach and market penetration.Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets within an assigned sales territory.
Merchandising & Visibility: Collaborate with the trade marketing team to implement effective Point of Sale (POS) displays and ensure optimal brand visibility on store shelves
.Sales Reporting: Track and record daily sales activities, order booking, and payment collections .
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,749.48 per month
