Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer handling, sales coordination, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain sales MIS reports and update records using MS Excel.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through follow-ups and client interactions.
- Visit clients, attend meetings, and participate in events whenever required.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating customer orders.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
