Role Overview
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams, monitor daily performance, resolve operational issues, and help improve processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to move beyond customer support and build a career in operations and client management.
What You Will Do

Handle day-to-day operational tasks for assigned client accounts

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor daily work and help ensure quality and timely completion of tasks

Track basic performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and pending work

Assist in resolving operational issues and customer escalations

Share regular updates with clients and internal stakeholders

Suggest improvements to make processes more efficient

Support the team in maintaining process accuracy and service standards
What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, BPO, Customer Success, or similar roles

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work

A problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership

Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for basic tracking and reporting

Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Interakt, Shopify, or similar platforms is an added advantage
