You'll work closely with senior team members, brands, and internal stakeholders to bring partnerships to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of brand partners and agency contacts, ensuring strong service and renewal rates.
- Support senior team members in structuring, pitching, and negotiating partnership and sponsorship agreements.
- Coordinate the execution of partnership deliverables across content, marketing, and production teams to ensure deals are fulfilled on time and on brand.
- Prepare partnership proposals, decks, and performance recaps for brand and agency stakeholders.
- Track partnership performance metrics and compile reporting to demonstrate ROI to brand partners.
- Help identify and research prospective brand partners and sponsorship opportunities aligned with The Script Craft's audience and content.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams to support contract drafting, invoicing, and deal compliance.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and pitch calls alongside senior partnership leads.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activity, pipeline, and account history in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, media sales, account management, or a related commercial/marketing role.
- Experience supporting or managing client relationships, ideally with brands or agencies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of sponsorship, advertising, or partnership deal structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to clients.
- Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote) and CRM or project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, sports, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with branded content or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Existing junior-to-mid-level relationships with agency or brand marketing teams.
