We are hiring a Google Ads Growth Manager to lead and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns for clients across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads strategy, lead generation, campaign optimization, performance scaling, and ROI-focused growth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and business growth
- Handle Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions
- Develop growth strategies based on client goals and market trends
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Track campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams
- Prepare client performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Monitor budgets and improve campaign efficiency
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads platform
- Deep understanding of campaign scaling and lead generation
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and budgets
- Strategic thinking and performance-focused mindset
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency preferred
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns preferred
