Key Responsibilities Sales
· Generate new business opportunities through digital marketing leads, references, walk-in customers, cold calling, field visits, and channel partners.
· Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective customers.
· Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.
· Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until booking confirmation.
· Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the Design and CRM teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
· Assist customers with booking, agreement execution.
Marketing
· Promote company projects through exhibitions, property expos, digital campaigns, social media, and local marketing activities.
· Develop relationships with brokers, channel partners and clients.
· Conduct door-to-door campaigns and presentations whenever required.
· Participate in promotional events organized by the company.
Customer Relationship Management
· Provide prompt responses to customer enquiries.
· Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
· Resolve customer queries in coordination with internal departments.
Reporting
· Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
· Submit Weekly Lead Status Reports.
· Submit Monthly Performance Reports.
· Update CRM with customer interactions, follow-ups, and booking status.
Required Skills
· Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
· Good presentation and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build customer relationships.
· Strong sales closing ability.
· Knowledge of Chennai real estate market.
· Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
· Digital marketing awareness is an added advantage.
· Must possess a valid driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
