Job Title: Office Property Sourcing / Stacking Executive – Commercial Leasing
Location: Pune | MMR | Bengaluru | Hyderabad
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Property Sourcing / Stacking Executive to identify and onboard commercial office spaces for leasing. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an extensive network of landlords and brokers, and experience sourcing premium office properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Source office spaces across commercial buildings and business parks.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and brokers.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new leasing opportunities.
- Evaluate properties based on location, amenities, accessibility, and commercial viability.
- Maintain an updated property inventory and CRM database.
- Coordinate site visits and support the leasing team in client requirements.
- Track market trends, rentals, and vacancy data.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–6 years in Commercial Real Estate / Office Leasing / Property Sourcing.
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and market mapping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
