About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong Full Stack Development experience to lead software projects while actively contributing to development. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project ownership, team leadership, client communication, and AI-driven development experience.
You will work closely with clients, designers, and developers to deliver scalable web applications, manage project execution, and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Management
- Lead software projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Plan sprints, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, designers, and developers.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage priorities.
- Mentor developers and support technical decision-making.
Client Communication
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, solution discussions, and project reviews.
- Provide project updates, timelines, and technical recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project communication.
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build and integrate frontend and backend systems.
- Develop APIs and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment processes.
AI & Automation
- Integrate AI services, LLMs, chatbots, and automation workflows into products.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions for business and operational challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar).
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, Python, FastAPI, or equivalent.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of software architecture, databases, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Project Management
- Experience managing software development projects.
- Experience with task management, and project tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
AI & Modern Development
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar.
- Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent workflows into applications.
- Understanding of AI-driven product development and automation.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
