Job Title:- Sr. Production Engineer
Department: Production / Maintenance / Engineering
Reporting to: Production Manager / Maintenance Manager
Education Required: Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Job Summary
The Process Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily activities of the production or maintenance team, focusing on the manufacturing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic instruments
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide technicians, production supervisor and operators in daily tasks, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of field instruments
Perform troubleshooting or trace Input/Output faults .
Execute, plan, and update preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS or electronic logbooks.
Prepare daily production reports, failure reports, and update maintenance records.
Diagnose machine errors and faults, implementing root cause analysis (RCA) to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ITI, Diploma or B.E in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process industry
Strong knowledge of field instruments
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
