PCB Testing and R&D Engineer
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh..
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PCB testing, debugging, and hardware R&D activities.
Key Responsibilities
PCB Testing & Validation
- Perform functional testing and validation of PCB assemblies.
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and power-on testing.
- Verify PCB performance against design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and identify faults at component and circuit levels.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing records.
R&D Activities
- Support hardware design and PCB development activities.
- Analyze circuit designs and suggest improvements for reliability and performance.
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation.
- Participate in product enhancement and new product development projects.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for design modifications.
Debugging & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose hardware failures using multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for field and production failures.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation
- Prepare test procedures, work instructions, and validation reports.
- Maintain BOMs, engineering change records, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
