Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Formwork Professional with expertise in Aluminium Formwork, System Formwork, Scaffolding, and High-Rise Building Construction. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, inventory management, optimization, and monitoring of formwork activities to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement formwork execution plans aligned with project schedules.
- Manage Aluminium Formwork, Modular Formwork, Fair Face Formwork, and Conventional Shuttering systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams regarding formwork schemes and execution.
- Plan and monitor formwork material mobilization, demobilization, refurbishment, and utilization.
- Maintain formwork inventory and ensure optimal usage of company assets.
- Prepare material indents and monitor consumable requirements.
- Review shell plans, modulation drawings, and formwork layouts.
- Conduct formwork inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage scaffolding systems, inspections, tagging, and BOQ preparation.
- Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and formwork labor.
- Conduct training programs, SOP implementation, and quality audits related to formwork operations.
- Coordinate mock-ups and installation of various formwork systems such as Aluminium Formwork, PERI Systems, and Handset Alpha.
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Aluminium Formwork (Mivan), System Formwork, and Conventional Shuttering.
- Knowledge of PERI, Alsina, RMD Kwikstage, Rapid Shor, and Self-Climbing Safety Screen (SCS/SCP) systems.
- Strong understanding of high-rise residential and commercial construction.
- Experience in formwork planning, inventory management, and material optimization.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Buildings, Commercial Towers, Hospitals, Museums, or Large Infrastructure Projects.
- Exposure to projects involving Mivan/Aluminium Formwork systems.
Pay: ₹35,239.49 - ₹64,188.48 per month
