We are looking for a responsible and growth-driven Branch Manager to lead our chit fund branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in field management, and a good understanding of chit fund processes.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Guide and supervise field staff/promoters to increase new member enrolments.
- Conduct customer meetings, marketing activities, and promotional events
- .Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
