PGT Accountancy Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced PGT Accountancy Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify accounting concepts while preparing students for board examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Accountancy to Classes XI–XII as per the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Conduct classroom teaching using interactive and student-centered methodologies.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for board examinations and support them in achieving academic excellence.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.
- Integrate technology and digital teaching tools into classroom instruction.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school activities, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com.) or a related field.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy and the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience preparing students for CBSE Class XII board examinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and smart classroom technologies.
- Ability to motivate students and foster analytical and problem-solving skills.
