Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts / Finance professional to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, audit coordination, and ensuring strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage finalization of accounts and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Review vendor payments, receivables, and aging analysis.
- Liaise with banks for credit facilities, loans, and financial documentation.
- Lead and guide junior accounting team members.
- Drive process improvements and automation in finance operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / SAP / ERP systems).
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or large corporate environments.
- Exposure to cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Leadership experience in managing a small finance team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
