Job Description: Client Travel Consultant
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Travel Consultant responsible for managing travel bookings, handling client communication, and creating customized travel itineraries for both corporate and leisure clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Design and sell domestic and international travel packages
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and complete bookings (flights, hotels, visas)
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners
- Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and high customer satisfaction
- Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and email handling
Preferred Skills
- Sales and upselling ability
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Experience handling corporate or leisure travel clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Details
- 6 days working week
- Rotational shifts depending on business needs
- Office-based role in Goregaon West
Pay: ₹20,469.82 - ₹30,000.92 per month
