Job Description
IT Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, having strong expertise in Q2C (CPQ), Order‑to‑Order (O2O), and eCommerce business processes. Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, refine, and document end‑to‑end requirements from Quote‑to‑Order through Order‑to‑Cash. Skilled in user story creation, backlog management, and ensuring IT solutions align with business processes across the full E2E lifecycle.
