Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong vendor networks and hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to final execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Handle site execution, installations, and project rollouts.
- Monitor progress and resolve on-ground challenges.
- Manage procurement, materials, and logistics.
- Prepare daily/weekly project reports and updates.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have handled multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have an active vendor network (fabricators, installers, printers, electricians, etc.).
- Should be able to provide vendor references/contact details from previous projects.
- Strong experience in vendor coordination and site execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management / Engineering / relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-out / branding / retail projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail fit-outs, in-store branding, or BTL/ATL execution.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
