Padmini Industries Limited, a leading manufacturer of fire safety equipment, is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our B2B sales operations.
The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, follow-ups, and maintaining sales MIS. The role requires experience in industrial or manufacturing sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team for daily sales activities
- Handle client communication through email, phone & WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & sales orders
- Maintain sales data and reports in MS Excel
- Track enquiries from lead generation to order closure
- Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts departments
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly sales MIS reports
- Support tender documentation when required
Required Skills
- Sales coordination & inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Quotation preparation & follow-up handling
- Client coordination and documentation skills
- Basic CRM knowledge preferred

- Experience: 1–4 years
- Industry: B2B preferred
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
