Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with expertise in managing large-scale recruitment operations and leading high-performing teams? We are looking for an experienced AGM – Talent Acquisition to join a leading organization in Gurugram.
Location: Gurugram
CTC: ₹20 – ₹30 LPA
Experience: 13 – 20 Years

Reporting To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across multiple business verticals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead lateral hiring initiatives for Sales and Support Functions.
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies through Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, and other channels.
- Understand hiring requirements, create job descriptions, and formulate recruitment plans.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to drive hiring outcomes.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners effectively.
- Share recruitment trackers and hiring reports with stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters, ensuring achievement of hiring targets for middle and senior-level positions.
- Drive recruitment process improvements and talent acquisition best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership experience in handling large recruitment teams.
- Expertise in lateral hiring across Sales and Corporate Functions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidates from BPO, IT, and Manufacturing industries will not be considered.
- Exposure in Sales B2C is mandatory.
