Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales / Tele Caller Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in tele sales, preferably from automobile sales, banking, or insurance sectors, and should be confident in handling customer interactions and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads
* Explain automotive products and services clearly and effectively
* Follow up with interested customers and close sales
* Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity
* Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Tele Calling / Inside Sales
* Background in Edtech preferred
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada and English
* Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
* Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
