- Assess the patient's physical condition, symptoms, and overall health status at home.
- Administer prescribed medications, including chemotherapy-related supportive treatments when authorized.
- Monitor and manage side effects such as pain, nausea, fatigue, and infection risks.
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and management of medical devices.
- Educate patients and family members about cancer care, medications, and symptom management.
- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and promote comfort and safety.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
