Job Summary:
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and property. The role involves monitoring hotel premises, handling emergencies, controlling access, and maintaining a secure environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain safety and security.
- Check all entry and exit points of the hotel.
- Ensure proper checking of staff, visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering the property.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Handle guest complaints and security-related incidents professionally.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, theft, accidents, or disturbances.
- Prepare daily security reports, incident reports, and logbook entries.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures.
- Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
- Assist in crowd control during events, functions, and VIP movements.
- Conduct regular checks of fire safety equipment and emergency exits.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism while interacting with guests and staff.
- Support other operational departments during emergencies or special situations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
