About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy Growth SDR who wants to move beyond traditional cold calling. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI automation tools to scale outreach while maintaining a high level of personalization. You will be responsible for building the top-of-funnel pipeline for our enterprise sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Outreach: Use advanced SDR and AI tools to automate and manage multichannel outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, and Phone).
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target enterprise-level decision-makers using intent signals and advanced database research.
- Lead List Building: Build highly targeted lists using advanced filters and intent-based data.
- Automated Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage automated LinkedIn sequences and personalized email workflows.
- Discovery Meetings: Conduct strategic calls powered by AI-generated prospect intelligence to book qualified meetings.
- Optimization: Track outreach performance (Open rates, CTR, Meeting rates) and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Human-in-the-loop: Ensure a seamless handoff between automated touchpoints and human follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of work experience. While we are open to any field, experience in a client-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Support) is highly preferred.
- Tech-Curiosity: You must be comfortable working with AI tools, CRMs, and automation platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must for enterprise-level engagement.
- Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week.
- Proximity: Ability to commute to our office in Timberyard Layout.
