BIM Plus Plus Project Consultants are looking for a highly experienced MEP BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in handling advanced BIM deliverables and leading coordination across all MEP disciplines.
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 6 years with contractors on LOD 400 & LOD 500) Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in UAE / GCC projects and Standards
- Strong background working with contractors on LOD 400 & LOD 500 deliverables
- Strong expertise across Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing disciplines (multi-discipline knowledge is mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP & Navisworks for coordination and clash resolution
- Expertise in shop drawings, fabrication modelling & as-built documentation
- Ability to lead BIM coordination independently across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong experience in driving clash resolution and coordinating with consultants, contractors & site teams
- Capability to review models for constructability, sequencing & installation feasibility
- Experience in mentoring teams and ensuring QA/QC standards across deliverables
- Strong command over BEP, BIM standards & GCC workflows
