We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create and oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and online brand presence.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with the design, content, product, and sales teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EdTech, Healthcare, or Technology companies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
