Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and organized Receptionist cum Operations Assistant to manage front desk activities and support daily operations in our NBFC office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle front desk operations
- Answer calls, emails, and schedule appointments
- Assist in loan application processing and documentation (KYC, verification)
- Maintain customer records and update MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Handle basic customer queries and provide support
- Manage office administration, filing, and courier activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience (NBFC/BFSI experience is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary: ₹10,000 -12000 per monthSchedule: Day shift
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
